In an effort to facilitate contracts with DoD clients, Allard has sought out alliances with other defense contractors on Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles negotiated by the Air Force.  Details of the Contract Vehicles that Allard is involved with are listed below. 

Design Engineering Support Pregram (DESP II)

The DESP II is a five-year multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle available for usage within AFMC, the Air Force, DOD, and other government agencies.  Allard is a subcontractor on the Aerospace & Commercial Technologies (ACT) team.

Future Flexible Acquisition & Sustainment Tool (F2AST) 

F2AST requirements include development, modifications, and depot maintenance. F2AST may include one-time spares and repairs which qualify as critical, limited, and/or contingency and sole source services to a F2AST contractor or large business subcontractor. In addition, services that are not reasonably severable from the development, modification or depot maintenance efforts may be included.  Allard is teamed with SSAI on their F2AST team.
